Spreadsheets rarely print exactly as you might expect them to;
Use FILE | PAGE PREVIEW to see what the computer thinks the printout is going to look like -DON'T print if it isn't going to fit properly
FORMAT your spreadsheet
Appropriately to optimize the use of page space:
Add BORDERS if need be to keep rows and columns visable
Adjust for LANDSCAPE or PORTRAIT orientation to maximize the use of the printed page
Use TEXT WRAP to size your columns appropriately
Turn off the HEADER and FOOTER to save space
Limit the NUMBER OF PAGES to keep from spewing out unnecessary "blank" pages
